Alice is such a calm, gentle and knowledgable person. She looks at the whole animal (diet, exercise, temperament etc), whilst outlining her thoughts and sharing any advice very clearly - her energy is fantastically infectious.
Not only does our dog absolutely adore her but he is so relaxed during their sessions. We’ve personally seen dramatic improvement since he first saw Alice - it’s like he’s a puppy, again! This may not be the case for everyone but it is clearly making our boy much more comfortable. Alice also takes an interest in our other dog, which is so very much appreciated.
