From the moment she arrived, Alice was calm, gentle, and incredibly compassionate. She explained everything so clearly and with such kindness, which made an unbearably difficult moment feel peaceful and dignified.
It was clear she genuinely cared, there was never any rushing, no pressure, just patience and understanding. She spoke to Gracy with such softness and even took the time to show love towards my other dog, Truman, which meant so much. Her presence made the whole experience feel safe, respectful, and full of love.
