I am so pleased that I contacted Alice about our older cat, Titan, when he was very ill and diagnosed with a lump in his lung. We didn’t think he was going to get through this and I wanted him to be as comfortable as possible. Alice gave Titan a really thorough examination and asked lots of questions to put together a plan for him. She made Titan instantly feel at ease with her kind and gentle manner and he’s normally a very defensive cat with vets. We have implemented the changes to Titan’s care and extended his course of antibiotics and he has made a massive improvement. We are so happy with the care Titan has received and we are much more informed as how we can help him be as healthy as possible. I can't say enough good words about Alice. She has seen my two cats for a year or so, they were two rescues with a lot of niggly health issues. Making that final decision to let our four legged family go is one of the hardest an owner has to make but I have to say how truly grateful we were to Alice. On arrival she got on the floor so to be at Evie's level and greeted her with such warmth and kindness. She was so calm and gentle all the time fussing the dog while clearly explaining the next steps which she reiterated were to be taken at our pace.
